Great Britain's Chief Rabbi, Lord Jonathan Sacks delivered the keynote address at the banquet session of the 28th International Conference of Chabad Lubavitch Emissaries Sunday evening.

His remarks focused on the Lubavitcher Rebbe, “one of the greatest Jewish leaders, not just of our time, but of all time.”  The Chief Rabbi described the Rebbe as his “satellite navigation system,” directing him at critical points in his life which led ultimately, to his becoming the chief rabbi, and to his lifelong mission of training rabbis and creating leaders.
