F.R.E.E.’s booth, strategically located at Brighton Beach and Coney Island Avenues, drew the attention of many in this Russian oasis. Hundreds took the opportunity to wrap tefillin, peruse the selection of Russian-language Jewish literature, and take home a Jewish calendar in time for the Jewish New Year
