The Ambassador of Israel to Australia, Mark Sofer and his wife Sarah have visited Chabad ACT’s HQ in Canberra.

They toured the centre in Northern Canberra, which includes Canberra’s only Jewish Preschool and Child Care Centre – Gan Yisroel, a Synagogue, Kosher shop, community kitchen and administrative offices.

The Chabad Cayman Jewish Community Center staged its grand opening on Sunday, welcoming nearly 100 people to Seven Mile Shops to celebrate the birth of the new facility.
