Today in Arkansas: Gov. Asa Hutchinson, together with the Arkansas House and Senate, proclaim March 27, 2018 as "Education And Sharing Day." This is in recognition of the Lubavitcher Rebbe's 116th birthday and of his efforts to ensure a healthy education for all.
