Eleven teen representatives of the Chabad teen network, CTeen, met with President Isaac Herzog this morning at his home in Central Jerusalem. The teens were treated to a tour of the historic building, known formally as “Beit Hanasi”, the President’s Residence, and then met with the President for a discussion about Jewish life in America and their connection to Israel.

The eleven delegates are visiting Israel as part of CTeen’s Heritage Quest Israel trip, and are part of a group of eighty public school teens from all over the United States. Many of them hail from small, remote Jewish communities and for most, this is the first time they have visited Israel.
