In Berlin, Jewish Students Remember Kristallnacht
Some 30 students at the Jewish Traditional School in Berlin joined Rabbi Yehuda Teichtel of Chabad of Berlin to light candles and sing prayers in German and Hebrew. They lit 6 candles for the 6 million Jews killed by the Nazis during the Holocaust. “The answer to evil in the past is to educate our children for a future of light and goodness,” he said.
