Arkansas Lieutenant Governor Win Rockefeller attends the grand opening ceremony of the new Chabad Center in Little Rock, Arkansas, last Sunday. With him is Rabbi Pinchus Ciment, Chabad-Lubavitch representative to Arkansas.
