Lubavitch Foundation UK announced the arrival of Rabbi Mendy and Sarit Vogel to London to assist in its activities.
The young couple will be working closely with the Friends of Lubavitch UK, the major fundraising arm of Chabad – Lubavitch who are continuing to expand the support base for its manifold activities.
The Vogels will focus their activities in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, home to many thousands of Jews including American and French citizens employed in financial services.
Rabbi and Mrs. Vogel come with three years experience as Shluchim in Dallas, Texas. Rabbi Vogel traveled widely during his rabbinical training at the Lubavitch Yeshiva and says that he and his wife, a native of Israel, are looking forward to the challenge of wining new friends for Lubavitch in the UK.
