New Charity to Help Donetsk’s Jewish Needy Prepare for Rosh Hashana

Donetsk, Ukraine

More than 700 families in Donetsk, Ukraine will receive food packages for Rosh Hashana, thanks to a new charitable campaign initiated by the Chabad Jewish Community Center in Donetsk.

The care packages are filled with assorted foods that will enable the indigent recipients to celebrate the festive meal of Rosh Hashana.

The campaign was made possible by the generosity of  A.O. Letshinskiy, a Deputy in the Ukrainian parliament.
