(lubavitch.com) Chabad Lubavitch Headquarters notes with grief and sorrow, the tragic death Monday of Shula Swerdlov,  three-year-old daughter of Chabad representatives Rabbi Yossi and Hindel Swerdlov.

Shula was killed in a hit-and-run accident in Jerusalem's Rehavia neighborhood on Monday afternoon.

The three year old was hit on Ussishkin Street by the same bus that had transported her and other school children to their homes after school.

The little girl was rushed in critical condition to Jerusalem's HadassahEin Kerem Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries.

Shula's mother, Hindel, is the daughter of Rabbi Shlomo Schwartz, (Schwartzie) of the Chai Center in Los Angeles.
