At a ceremony Monday marking Israel's Memorial Day on the grounds of the Israeli embassy in Moscow, Rabbi Yakov Fridman, Chabad rabbi and Chairman of the Committee for Israelis in Moscow, led the traditional Kel Maleh Rachamim prayer for Israel's fallen soldiers and its victims of war and terror.
