A Special Night for Special Children

The second night was dedicated to Friendship Circle of Central Jerusalem’s dedicated volunteers and children and to all people with special needs.

Ambassador Michael Oren moved to tears at Chanuka lighting in Mamilla – dedicated to all the children of Friendship Circle and people with Special needs
